2020 “White Cap” ESTATE RIESLING - With expressive hints of yellow and green colour in the glass, this warmer season Riesling is surprisingly bright and floral on the nose. The vibrant acidity provides a balancing counterpoint to textural mouthfeel and long, subtly complex finish. 

This wine will improve through 2030 and may be cellared until 2040 or perhaps longer.

Best served between 8 and 10 degrees celsius.
