We invite you to join us at our estate vineyard tucked away in the Twenty Mile Bench. Enjoy a quiet moment on the Tower Terrace during our guided tasting with our winemaker or sommelier or take advantage of our group “Private Tower Tasting”, each experience is tailored bring our wines and vineyards together to create something thoughtful.

A Dobbin Tasting
Settle beneath the Tower on our terrace overlooking the vineyard, weather permitting, for a guided tasting of four Dobbin wines, hosted by a member of our winemaking team or sommelier. The tasting is $45 per person, plus HST, and limited to eight guests.
Following the tasting, guests are invited to explore the estate’s wines through a private shopping experience with their host, including limited releases and selections from our cellar.

What do the tastings entail?
Guided Tasting:
Take your place beneath the Tower for an al fresco tasting overlooking the vineyard, weather permitting. Four Dobbin wines are presented alongside the stories, place and craft behind them, with your tasting led by a sommelier or member of our winemaking team.
Afterwards, linger a little longer. Explore the estate and discover our current wines, limited releases and cellar selections, with the opportunity to purchase wines to take home.
Available for one to eight guests at $45 per person, plus HST.
Private Tower Tasting:
Greeted on the Tower Terrace with a glass of classic method sparkling wine, your party will have the estate entirely to yourselves, with views overlooking the gardens and lake. Take a moment to mingle before visiting the adjacent Pinot Noir vineyard, then ascend to our Tower Tasting Room for a tasting of four wines showcasing the varietals grown on the estate.
Each wine is presented by a member of our winemaking team, with the story of our vineyards woven throughout the experience. Discover what makes Dobbin unique, and taste it in the wines.
Private tastings are available for up to ten guests for $1,500.00.
All tastings take place at our vineyards at 3403 Eleventh St. Lincoln Ontario.
FAQs
Of course, we encourage those to dress as they feel comfortable. Keep in mind that some time will be spent on the patio initially and may also include a little time at the foot of the vineyard close to the tower so be prepared for a little sun. There is very little walking required but our guests are encouraged to wear comfortable footwear and prepare for the weather.
For Tower Bookings: Customers may cancel within 48 hours of booking at no charge. Cancellations up to 1 week before the tasting will receive a 70% refund or an offer to rebook. Cancellations within 1 week of the booking are non refundable.
For Patio Bookings: Customers may cancel within 48 hours of booking at no charge. Cancellations up to 72 hours before the tasting will receive a 70% refund or an offer to rebook.

Each wine is accompanied with a “two bite” pairing. We also serve freshly baked sourdough bread and our renowned focaccia at the beginning and end of the tasting. We have cultivated this to ensure that guests are not in want of something to eat during the experience and can enjoy it fully but it is not intended as a meal.

Our Tower Tastings typically run about two hours however we are in the business of providing an exceptional experience and depending on how plentiful the questions are they may take longer. Guests of course are also welcome to explore the property after the tasting.
Patio Tasting are booked in one hour slots.
