A beautiful wine with an expressive nose. Notes of cherry, tobacco, richness, plum, black currant, eucalyptus with a subtle spice undertone of black pepper. The ripe mid-palate deepens to stewed plum and anis with structural tannins, and oak that is completely integrated. This wine has a long finish of tobacco, leather and dried cherries.

Designed to improve with age until 2024 and may be cellared until 2029.
Best served between 16-18 degrees Celsius.

From the vineyard (75 Cases):
Our Cabernet Blend was derived from the original existing row of our Cabernet Franc grapes. It developed fantastically as a true testament to the property’s terroir and led to the planting of a new section of Cabernet Franc in our Martin Vineyard. Only a small amount of grapes were picked and a limited number of cases produced – making this a very sought after gem.
