Faced with a harvest of extraordinary possibilities—from razor-sharp early picks to deep, late-season botrytis—he found that the vintage could not be contained in a single bottle. There was the wine he envisioned, and then there was the wine the land demanded.
The result is two siblings: White Cap and Black Cap. Born from a "multiple pick" strategy that treats the harvest as a study in contrast, these wines reflect a purposeful restraint—allowing the structure of one and the texture of the other to stand alone.
