2020 “Black Cap” RIESLING - The generous 2020 growing season provided an opportunity to create this opulently aromatic, lush wine. It‘s full bodied, unctuous texture envelops a background of soft acidity and mineral-driven structure that should ensure a long harmonious cellar-life.
This wine is designed to improve with age until 2027 and may be cellared until 2035.
Best served between 8 and 10 degrees celsius.
