We are pairing up with coastal pioneer Blomidon Estate Winery from Nova Scotia and the iconic Tantalus Vineyards from British Columbia’s Okanagan Valley for a rare, cross-country exploration of cool-climate excellence.
This casual, outdoor walk-around tasting brings you face-to-face with the winemakers themselves. Discover how ocean breezes, glacial soils, and Bench limestone shape the same grape across three provinces. To complement the lineup of Chardonnays, enjoy a live-shucking station featuring fresh, raw oysters from Tide and Vine. Each winery will also share selected benchmark styles from their portfolios, including premium traditional method sparkling and Pinot Noir. Tastings will take place at stations set in and near the Tower. Your unique arrival time (established at the time of booking) will ensure that you and your group have dedicated quality time with each winemaker for conversation, questions, photos and to give each wine the attention it deserves. The guided portion of the experience will unfold over approximately one hour. Guests are then invited to linger – to explore the gardens, soak in the vineyard views, and enjoy the beauty of the Bench at their own pace. (A rain plan is in place.)
